Friendly staff and spotless clean hotel with high standard interior.

Beautiful hotel but not close to anything. Trying to get to Salzburg from there is time consuming but the hotel itself was great. Just nothing in the area but the hotel restaurant is delicious

This is a great place to stay. It’s a simple place and not a luxury hotel by any means; however, it’s clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is small and they provide you with an option of two breakfast times (0700-0830 and 0830-1000). The underground parking is a bit tight; however we didn’t have any issues and we had a relatively large rental car by European standards. Unlike most hotels in Europe, the AC is central and works quite well. In order to conserve energy all the lights in public places are on a sensor. For example, the lights in the garage and hallways will turn off after a few minutes if they don’t detect any movement. It’s pretty well located from places like Mozart Platz and Mirabelle Palace (a 10-15 minute drive from each location). If my family and I ever make it back to Salzburg we’ll definitely try to stay here again. It was overall a pleasant stay.

How a hotel should be run . A excellent team. Dieter on front of house is a diamond. But all the staff are very helpful.

Beautifully themed hotel across from the railway station so extraordinary convenient. Quite a way from the altstadt but the walk along the river was nice. Breakfast room and buffet were great and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, super clean and great staff and service.

Although there's no reception, the check in and check out was seamless and the guests is taken care of through communication via the messages. The nearest Billa supermarket was a plus and the bus stop just infront of the property. Aircon was not really cooling. Too bad for the scorching heat of Salzburg in July during our stay
